STOP Gap is a series of six, 1 hour sessions, introducing the idea of using art to improve your wellbeing. Based around the 5 ways to wellbeing, participants learn strategies and activities to use at home.
STOP GAP is Glossop Arts Projects short course (six 1hr sessions) of arts for wellbeing for groups of up to 8, which we deliver in schools.
The course is for children or young people who might be struggling with things like anxiety or low mood, lack of confidence or self-esteem.
It gives them chance to STOP and take time out to be creative. It can also provide a STOP gap while waiting for other services or a space at our weekly community sessions.
