Arts from Home

We know that creativity and having time to focus on something for ourselves makes such a difference to our overall wellbeing, enabling people who may be feeling lonely, isolated, in recovery or overwhelmed with anxious or depressive thoughts.

This was why we wanted to continue our Arts from Home packs for those who couldn’t access a face to face session. We want to enable people to have time to themselves, have contact with practitioners in art and wellbeing support, thus supporting their wellbeing.  The packs include basic art equipment to get you started then simple projects, ideas, tools to suit your style of creativity and with regular contact tailor the packs more to your liking, where possible.  We have designed these packs to suit all abilities and interests, you do not need to have any previous experience in art, they are for all, aged 11 upwards.

Our Support worker Catherine can offer you a fortnightly wellbeing phonecall if you would like to speak with someone confidentially to offer support.

If you or you know anyone who has an interest in arts and crafts, considers themselves to have a mental or physical health condition (doesn’t have to be diagnosed), or who feels socially isolated and wants to do something to support their wellbeing then please get in touch with ;
